1. Refund Policy:
   If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a FULL refund, provided the item is still in perfect condition. Please enclose a note telling us why you are not happy, so that we may constantly improve our product range or service.
2. Defect Guarantee:
   We ensure that every item that leaves our store is in perfect condition. If however, there is a manufacturing default that, at any time, causes your opal to become broken, chipped or lost from its setting, we will replace it for you FREE OF CHARGE!
3. Cleaning Policy:
   We encourage you to visit us in QLD, Australia. When you are here, we will happily clean and inspect your jewellery purchase for you FREE OF CHARGE. We will do this as often as you would like.
4. Retail Insurance Valuation:
   Each and every item of jewellery purchased from our website will be sent with a complimentary Retail Insurance Valuation which will contain a thorough description and quote the retail value, in Australian Dollars, of your purchase. This valuation can be used for verification and insurance purposes.
